I am an Educational Psychologist and Occupational Therapist. This blend of backgrounds informs my approach to all my projects. Understanding the organization's unique foundations, populations they serve, and the context in which they operate is important to guiding the organization in its project.
I have been in higher education and have seen how educational landscapes are changing. Accreditation requirements and educational players are placing new requirements and restraints on educational systems. I also work with non-profits and see how the needs of the community are always shifting and how non-profits need to adapt to both community needs and funding requirements. I approach this not as a problem to solve, but a possibility to lean into.
